About the Study

This study is about the comparison of boys with and without Klinefelter syndrome (KS). KS is a genetic condition that affects only males. Klinefelter syndrome occurs when a boy is born with one or more extra X chromosomes.

Unaffected males have one Y and one X chromosome. Having extra X chromosomes can cause a male to have some unique physical and behavioral traits.  This study is concerned with boys who are born with the karyotype
47, XXY.
